Premium Stands include black panels, power supply to booth (10amp power point with 4 plugs) and 2 spotlights. WiFi is at the venue, however if you want to play large videos or lots of streaming then we would recommend ordering a hard-wired internet cable when you book your stand, the cost for this is $85 + GST.
All stands have a back wall and two side walls. If booking a corner site it will have a back wall and one side wall unless otherwise requested. If booking a double stand there will be one back wall and two side walls, there will be no division between the two stands.
Business Expo furniture and signage
You may like to enhance your Premium stand with hire furniture and equipment from Alpha Displays. Ordering is done online at www.alphadisplays.co.nz and payment is made by credit card at the time of ordering online. Alpha Displays will deliver this to your stand before the Business Expo and remove it after the Business Expo.
Setting up your stand on PACK IN DAY
You may set up on Tuesday, 5 March indicatively from 4.00 pm until 6.00 pm (times to be confirmed). Each stand will be clearly labelled. Our stand supplier will be working Tuesday morning to have the stands ready for Tuesday afternoon. For health and safety reasons access will not be available prior to 4.00 pm.
Car parking and set up
The Business Expo 2019 opens at 9.30 am and runs until 4.00 pm. Pack down commences after 4.00 pm.
Business Expo VIP opening event 7.00 am - 8.30 am
VIP invite-only event with Guest Speaker and light refreshments. Join the Premium Exhibitors and Sponsors along with special guests, to celebrate the opening of the Business Expo. Your VIP guests will have an exclusive walk-through prior to the Expo opening to the public.
Business Expo After 5 Networking Event and awaRds 5.00 pm - 6.30 pm
Open to this year’s exhibitors and sponsors only for drinks, nibbles, awards and networking . 2 tickets are included in your Premium Stand booking. Additional tickets can be booked for this event when you book your stand.
There will be a registration desk in the foyer area.
Each visitor will be given a carry bag, kindly provided by one of our sponsors, for gathering information.
Visitors will be encouraged at this time, to download the Business Expo App to their phone and register if they haven’t done so already.
Downloading of the App prior to attending and attendance at the Business Expo on the day will also place them in the draw for the door prize.
